A school of traditional Chen Taijiquan

Chen Style Taijiquan is a martial art originated in 18th century in Chenjiagou Village, in the Henan Province in China. It is known for its flowing movements and explosive energy. It combines soft and hard techniques, emphasizing relaxation, coordination, and balance. Practitioners focus on developing internal strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through forms, push hands exercises, silk reeling method, weapons forms and martial applications.

At the age of 11, he began practicing Modern Wushu (Chinese Martial Arts) and competed in Italian and international competitions for six years, showcasing Chanquan (Long Fist) and Shaolinquan. During his time at the Military school and University, he also trained in Judo and Krav Maga. At 25, he transitioned to a Traditional approach, delving into traditional Shaolinquan, Taijiquan, Baguazhang, XingYiQuan, and Qi Gong.

In 2021 he started to study the Chen Style Taijiquan under the guidance of Master Giuseppe Paterniti Lupo, also known as Chen Delang, Rùshì Dìzǐ 入室弟子 of Grand Master Chen Zhenglei.

In 2022, Niccolò achieved a certification as an Instructor Level 4 from the ChenZhengLei Taijiquan Federation. Currently, he instructs Taijiquan Chen Style in Leuven.

In 2024 he became disciple (弟子) of Master Delang entering the Chen Taijiquan family (13th generation) with the name of Chen ChéngZhèng 陈诚正

He also teaches Baguazhang (Cheng Style) and XingYiquan.
